This is an application for restoration of CRLMC No.1763 of 2011, which was dismissed for non-prosecution vide order dated 25th March, 2022.

Heard Mr. S. Panda, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Mr. Sarthak Nayak, learned counsel appearing for the Opposite PartyC.B.I. 4.

In view of the order dated 5th May, 2022 passed by this Court in CRLMA No.78 of 2022, I am not inclined to entertain the prayer made in this petition.

Hence, the CRLMA is dismissed.
