This contempt petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the order dated 09.05.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No. 19616 of 2019. 3.

Mr. S. Jena, learned Standing Counsel for School & Mass Education Department contended that, the order of this Court has already been complied with and he produced the record showing the compliance affidavit, wherein and at paragraph-8 it has been stated as follows:- "That, it is respectfully submitted that, in the meantime the Controller of Accounts, Odisha, Bhubaneswar on receipt of Letter No. 9819 Dtd. 06.10.2022 of the District Education Officer, Bhadrak has authorized the Final Pension & Final Death-cum-Retirment Gratuity of Sri Kailash Chandra Pati, petitioner vide PPO No. P1022BDK149791 and Deathcum-Retirment Gratuity vide GPO No.GI022BDK8970 and the same is issued vide Issue No.E24866 Dtd. 27.10.2022 of the Controller of Accounts, Odisha, Bhubaneswar. The copies of Issue No. E24866 Dtd. 27.10.2022 of the Controller of Accounts, Odisha, Bhubaneswar are annexed herewith as Annexure-D/1.

Let a copy of the compliance affidavit be filed within seven days. 5.
