The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks for a direction to the Opposite Party No.2 to rephase the loan account in respect of his vehicle bearing Engine No.PY3029D521312 and Chassis No.1VY5039DTKA006129.

Hinduja Leyland Finance Ltd., Bhubaneswar-Opposite Party No.2 being a private Financer, no direction can be issued as prayed for in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. 5.

It is, however, observed that the Petitioner may workout his remedy in accordance with law.
