Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. Order No.

Considering the prayer involved herein and looking to the development through Mutation Case No.1305 of 2016, this Court finds the competent authority vide its order dated 15.07.2016 has already allowed the mutation case thereby directing for necessary correction in the record-of-right. Petitioner alleges in spite of such order being passed since 15.07.2016, there is no attempt in making necessary correction in the record-of-right.

Keeping this in view, while finding surprise in not working out the necessary correction required therein by the Tahasildar concerned, this Court directs the Tahasildar, Mahakalpara-opposite party no.3 to find there is no lawful obstruction on such order by way of stay or interference in any higher forum as of now and in the event there is no lawful obstruction, the order in Mutation Case No.1305 of 2016 be worked out at least within a period of fifteen days from the date of communication of certified copy of this order by the petitioners by bringing such corrected record-of-right in the website also.
