This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to correct the description of the petitioner in the cause title in Court today. 4.

The petitioner is accused in G.R. Case No.1822 of 2022 corresponding to Jagatpur P.S. Case No.302 of 2022, pending in the Court of the learned J.M.F.C.(R), Cuttack, for offences under Sections 419/420/465/466/467/468/471/406/120-B of IPC. 5.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Cuttack, by order dated 11.08.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Learned counsel for the State on instruction submits that the matter inter-se between the parties has been settled.

Taking note of the same and keeping in view that investigation has progressed substantially, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin over the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
