It appears, the Petitioner has already been noticed with a show cause, vide Annexure-4 asking him to submit his response. Vide Annexure-5, it appears, the Petitioner has already submitted his response. For the nature of dispute and as a decision is required to be taken by the Tahasildar, Rairakhol, O.P.3 even involving the objection of the Petitioner, this Court finds, the Writ Petition is premature. While disposing of the Writ Petition, if Annexure-4 is still pending before O.P.3, the same shall be disposed of lawfully also taking into consideration the response of the Petitioner finds place at Annexure-5.
