This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

This is an application under Section 439, Cr.P.C. filed by the petitioner for anticipatory bail.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. Case No.414 of 2022, arising out of Barkote P.S. Case No.141 of 2022 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Deogarh for commission of offences punishable under Sections 384/506/34, I.P.C. read with Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act. 5.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that except the present petitioner, other co-accused persons have already been released on bail by this Court in BLAPL No.4527 of 2022 vide order dated 20.05.2022. It is further submitted that petitioner is in custody since 28.03.2022 and he is ready and willing to abide any terms and conditions imposed by this Court in the event of bail. 6.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering
// 2 // the allegations made against the petitioner, co-accused persons have been released on bail and period of detention of the petitioner, it is directed that let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing cash security of Rs.20,000/-(rupees twenty thousand) besides a bail bond of Rs.30,000/- (rupees thirty thousand) with two local solvent sureties each for the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned court in seisin over the matter subject to conditions while releasing the petitioner on bail with further conditions that :- I.
The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Police Station once in a week preferably on 'Sunday' in between 10.00 A.M. to 1.00 P.M. for a period of three months and thereafter, he shall appear before the concerned Police Station once in a fortnight preferably on 'Sunday' in between 10.00 A.M. to 1.00 P.M. till conclusion of trial; II.
he shall not threaten, harass and terrorize the informant and her /his family members in any manner whatsoever; and III. he shall not indulge in similar criminal antecedents while on bail.
Violation of any of the terms and conditions shall entail cancellation of bail.

Accordingly, the BLAPL is disposed of.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
