Since on instruction, Mr. Mohanty submits that in connection with the complaint dated 21.07.2022 under Annexure-1, an F.I.R. has already been registered as Nimapara P.S. Case No. 319, dated 19.09.2022 under Sections-363/34, I.P.C and investigation is going on, Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to proceed further in the matter. 3.

Accordingly, the CRLMP is disposed of as not pressed. 4.
