Taking into account the submissions of the learned counsel for the Petitioner and considering the recitals in the I.A., the description of the offence as stated in Paragraph-3 of the order dated 07.09.2022 is corrected. The same be read as "under Sections 420/408/467/436 and 34 of IPC".
