This writ petition involves the following prayer:- "In view of the facts and in the circumstances as detailed above, it is humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to:- a) Admit the case, issue notice to the opp.

parties and call for the records;

b) Direct the Opp.Party-2 to pass a speaking order on the representation of the petitioner vied Annexure-3 within a stipulated time and to provide various welfare measures to the petitioner taking into account Annexure-2.

c) And pass any other writ / writs and order / directions with this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of the justice;"

Considering the submissions made by the parties and as a representation at the instance of the Petitioner on the selfsame issue

// 2 // is still pending before Opposite Party No.2, this Court directs the Opposite Party No.2 to look into the request of the Petitioner vide Annexure-3 and take a lawful decision in the matter taking into account the grounds stated in this writ petition so also the documents appended thereto.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition by the Petitioner. 4.
