Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite parties to get the financial upgradation in the scale of pay of Rs.9,300-35,700/- with grade pay of Rs.4200/- as per Modified Assured Career Progression Scheme pursuant to the Odisha Revised Scale of Pay Rules, 2017 from the date of completion of 10 years of service with effect from 18.08.2018 along with differential arrear salary under Annexure-3 to the writ petition.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting grievance, the petitioner has made representation to opposite party no.3 vide Annexure-5 and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time taking into consideration the letter dated 24.05.2021 and letter dated 22.06.2021 under Annexures - 4 series, to which learned counsel for the State has no objection.

As agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, this Court Order No. 01. Page 2 of 2 without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.3 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-5 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law taking into consideration the letter dated 24.05.2021 and letter dated 22.06.2021 under Annexures - 4 series within a period of three months from the date of production of authenticated/certified copy of this order.
