For pendency of the request for release of legal dues by a Legal Adviser, this Court finds, the Writ Petition becomes premature. However, while disposing of the Writ Petition, this Court directs the Executive Officer, Buguda N.A.C., O.P.4 to look into the request of the Petitioner, vide Annexure-4 and if O.P.4 finds that the Petitioner was engaged in conducting of cases, decision in releasing of undisputed fees shall be taken by completing the entire exercise within a period of three weeks from the date of communication of this order.
