Mr. Mishra, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client is the widow of a person, who was driver of a road roller and died by accident. The deceased was engaged by opposite party no.6 contractor in executing government contract. The accident happened at the work site. His client seeks compensation. To that end his client made representation dated 16th August, 2020, copy whereof is at page-33. The representation was made to the Chief Engineer (opposite party no.3). Mr. Mishra submits, there be direction upon said opposite party to consider and deal with the representation and grant compensation to his client.

Mr. Sharma, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, the deceased was

// 2 // employee of private contractor. In any event, upon direction made opposite party no.3 will deal with and dispose of the representation. 3.

Opposite party no.3 is directed to consider and deal with said representation dated 16th August, 2020 and inform petitioner result thereof within three weeks of communication. That petitioner wants sympathetic consideration is recorded.

The writ petition is disposed of.
