This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

This is an application for modification of order dated 24th August, 2022, by which the writ petition was disposed of. 3.

Mr. Sharma, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner submits due to inadvertence, in the cause title of the writ petition, description of Opposite Party No.5- Tahasildar, Sanakhemundi has been wrongly typed out as Tahasildar, Digapahandi, for which certain inadvertent mistakes crept in the order dated 24th August, 2022. Further, in para-5 of the said order, Sub-Registrar, Digapahandi has inadvertently been described as 'Opposite Party No.5', which should be 'Opposite Party No.3'.

3.1 Accordingly, he prays for correction of description of Opposite Party No.5 in paras-2, 8 and 10 and description of SubRegistrar, Digapahandi in para-5 of the order sought to be

// 2 // modified. He also files a consolidated cause title (Flag-B) to the IA, which is taken on record. The consolidated cause title so filed be appropriately placed in the brief.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the Petitioner, the order dated 24th August, 2022 (pars-2, 8 and 10) be corrected accordingly so far as it relates to description of Opposite Party No.5 as Tahasildar, 'Sanakhemundi' instead of Tahasildar, 'Digapahandi'. In para-5 of the said order, SubRegistrar, Digapahandi be described as 'Opposite Party No.3' in place of 'Opposite Party No.5'. Rest part of order dated 24th August, 2022 remains unaltered.

The IA is disposed of accordingly.

Necessary corrections may be carried out on production of certified copy of the order dated 24th August, 2022. Issue urgent certified copy of the order on proper application.
