01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.
3. The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "Under the aforesaid circumstances, the petitioner humbly prays that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to, i) quash the rejection order dated 13.01.2022 under Annexure-9 passed by opp. party no.2 and the Opp. parties be directed to allow the Grade Pay of petitioner with Rs.5,400/- on 2nd financial up-gradation under RACP Scheme from the date of his entitlement with effect from 23.04.2015 and to release the differential salary of the petitioner along with arrears within a stipulated period as per his representation pending before opp. party no.1 under Annexure12. ii) And be pleased to pass such other order/orders as deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case,
// 2 // And for which act of kindness, the petitioner shall as in duty bound ever pray."
4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed an application at Annexure-12 to the Writ Petition before the O.P. No.1, but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays that a direction be issued to Opposite Party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted Petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted petition taking into account similar order passed by this Court Annexure-11 within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the Petitioner.
