Mr. Jena, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client is in possession of homestead land, acquired by the Government for development of Konark temple. However, his client's name does not figure in the list of persons to be given compensation. To that effect his client made representation dated 23rd July, 2022 to the Collector. He submits, there be direction upon the office to consider and deal with his client's representation. Mr. Pattanayak, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, on direction made opposite party no.2 will duly consider and deal with the representation. 2.
Opposite party no.2 is directed to consider said representation dated 23rd July, 2022 and inform petitioner result thereof within three weeks of communication.
