This writ petition has been filed by the Petitioners seeking a direction to the Opposite Party No.2-Sub-Registrar, Banki to admit registration of sale deed/sale deed proposed to be executed and registered by the Petitioners in respect of the properties available under Hal Khata No.4, 49, 59, 61 and 135 of Mouza-Charchika, P.S.-Banki, Dist.-Cuttack as per Annexure-1 Series, which are not subject matter of investigation under the provisions of Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002, pending against the Micro Group of Companies, i.e., Micro Leasign and Funding Ltd. to whom alienation of an area measuring Ac.0.09 dec. 6 Kadi (Ac.0.960 dec.) has been made vide Annexure-2 and/or alternatively direct the Opposite Party No.3 to take appropriate

// 2 // decision and pass orders in accordance with law facilitating registration of sale deed(s) by the Petitioners in consideration of the letter issued by the Opposite Party No.2 as per Annexure-6 and representation made vide Annexure-7.

Since Opposite Party No.2-Sub-Registrar, Banki has sought for clarification under Annexure-6 from the Opposite Party No.3Assistant Director, Enforcement Directorate, Sub-Zonal Office, Bhubaneswar, the Opposite Party No.3-Assistant Director, Enforcement Directorate, Sub-Zonal Office, Bhubaneswar shall provide necessary clarification to the Opposite Party No.2-SubRegistrar, Banki in this regard, as early as possible, preferably within six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 5.
