This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

On perusal of the record it reveals that for the self same cause of action, the petitioner had earlier approached this Court by filing W.P.(C) No. 17667 of 2022, which was disposed of vide order dated 26.07.2022 by issuing certain observation and direction. Since the same has not been complied with the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is not maintainable. It is open to the petitioner to pursue his remedy in accordance with law for compliance of the order dated 26.07.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No. 17667 of 2022.
