This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed with a prayer to quash the order dated 22nd March, 2017 issuing N.B.W. by the learned JMFC(O), Bhubaneswar in G.R. Case No.698 of 2014, arising out of Balianta P.S. Case No.142 of 2014 for offences under Sections 498-A, 341, 323, 506, 294/34 of IPC read with Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Perusal of the record shows that the Stamp Reporter of the Registry has pointed out that certified copy of the impugned order dated 22nd March, 2017 has not been made part of this record.

None appeared for the petitioners at the time of call. 4.

Since this matter is of the year 2017 and no step has been taken by the counsel for the petitioner to remove the said defect, this CRLMC is dismissed for non-prosecution.
