This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to set aside the order dated 16th August, 2022 (Annexure-4) passed by learned District Judge, Cuttack in Civil Proceeding No.246 of 2021.

In course of hearing, Ms. Jena, learned counsel submits that the Petitioner does not want to press the writ petition and prays for withdrawal of the same.

Ms. Luthra, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the sole Opposite Party submits that since the Petitioner has committed fraud by tampering the case record and obtained the certified copy thereof from learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack, the same should be enquired into.
5.
In view of the submission made, the allegation with regard to forgery/ tampering of the case record of learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack may be raised before the concerned Court.

Accordingly this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
