Since the petitioner has filed this writ petition claiming for release of the amount as due and admissible in accordance with law, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum in terms of the agreement/DTCN, which is applicable to him.

With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
