2. Ms. J. Sahoo, learned CGC submits that the claimant-Respondent No. 1 has already been paid in terms of the impugned Judgment/Order dated 01.11.2017 passed by the learned Senior Civil Judge, Kamakshanagar, Dhenkanal in Land Acquisition Case No. 183 of 2013. Accordingly, the Appeal has become infructuous.
