Appellants Mr. J. Biswal, Advocate -versusState of Odisha and others ....
Respondents Mr. D.R. Mohapatra, Senior Standing Counsel For School & Mass Education Department
CORAM:
THE CHIEF JUSTICE JUSTICE M.S. RAMAN
ORDER
16.11.2022 Order No.
04.
1. Learned counsel appearing for the Appellants contends that the Appellants had never filed the earlier writ petition being W.P.(C) No.13690 of 2012 which was disposed of by the learned Single Judge on 31st July, 2012.
2. Since this forms the very basis of the impugned order of the learned Single Judge, learned counsel for the Appellants seeks leave to withdraw the present writ appeal with liberty to file a review petition before the learned Single Judge in accordance with law.
3. Accordingly, the present writ appeal is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
