Since the order impugned dated 21.05.2022 passed by the Tahasildar, Rajnagar is appealable one, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner may be granted liberty to approach the appellate authority instead of pursuing the matter before this Court. 4.
Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate has no objection to the above prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appellate forum and if such an appeal is filed, the same shall be considered and disposed of in accordance with law.
