This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This is an application for modification of order dated 02.09.2022.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

In 7th line of paragraph-5 the word 'she' be replaced by the word 'he' and from 9th line the sentence starting "subject to" till end i.e. "conclusion of the trial" be removed. Full stop be placed after the word ' Magistrate '.

Four weeks' further time from today is granted to the Petitioner to surrender as per order dated 02.09.2022. 6.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
