Petition under Section 227 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to discharge him in connection with G.R. Case No.3 of 2013, arising out of Rayagada P.S. Case No.3 of 2013, registered for alleged commission of offences punishable under Sections 409, 467, 468, 380 and 506 of IPC being rejected by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rayagada vide Order dated 08.05.2017, the accused-petitioner has approached this Court under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. with a prayer to quash the same.

This Court on 23rd August, 2017 issued notice to the Opposite Party-State.

At the time of hearing today, Mr. H.K. Mahanta, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during pendency of the present petition, the trial of the aforesaid case
// 2 // has been concluded and the accused-petitioner has already been acquitted in the aforesaid case.

In view of such submission, there remains nothing for adjudication in this matter.

Hence, this CRLMC is disposed of.
