2. In this writ petition, the petitioners-State seeks to challenge the order dated 26.02.2019 passed in O.A. No.3185 (C) of 2015 by the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack. 3.

It is agreed by learned counsel for the parties that the issue involved in this case is analogous to W.P.(C) No.30771 of 2021 (Tanuja Kumar Pani v. State of Odisha & others), which has been disposed of vide order dated 30.09.2021 by this Court. 4.

Therefore, in view of the detailed reasons stated in the order dated 30.09.2021 passed in W.P.(C) No. 30771 of 2021 (Tanuja Kumar Pani v. State of Odisha & others), this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the said order.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
