Finding innocuous prayer involved herein, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing the Tahasildar, Chandbali-opposite party no.1 to do the needful involving Demarcation Case No.77 of 2021-22 but however involving the parties likely to be affected by completing such exercise within a period of two months from the date of communication of certified copy of this order by the petitioner.
