Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

The Petitioners have filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "(i) Directing the OSBC, Ltd., the Opp.

Party No.2 to treat the Petitioners as its own employees and regularize their services by giving all consequential benefits".

Considering the submission made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation before the Opposite Party No.1 by enclosing all the relevant documents and citations in support of his claim, if any, within a period of three weeks hence.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed within the aforesaid period, the Opposite Party No.1 shall do well to dispose of the representation within a period of three months. The decision so taken by the Opposite Party
