Mr. Mohanty, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioners Order No.

and submits, prayer in the writ petition is for direction upon opposite party nos.1 to 4 to circulate resolution dated 19th June, 2022 taken in extra ordinary meeting of the association. He submits, per the resolution there was, inter alia, authorization to petitioners as mentioned therein. He submits, that elections have not been held. He refers to rule/regulation 14, which says tenure of the committee is three years from date of election or till next executive committees are formed. He submits, therefore, elections not having been held, said resolution dated 19th June, 2022 cannot be withheld and must be circulated.

Mr. Parhi, learned advocate and Asst. Solicitor General leading Mr. Gochhayat, learned advocate, Central Government Counsel appear on behalf of Union of India.

On query from Court Mr. Parhi submits, elections, though due, had not been held. On further query from Court he submits, rule/regulation 14 is there to be followed.

Opposite party nos.1 to 4 are directed to forthwith circulate resolution dated 19th June, 2022, copy of which is at page 58 of the writ petition. This must be done within two weeks from date. 5.

The writ petition is disposed of.
