Learned counsel for the State, on instruction, submits that in spite of best efforts the Petitioner has not been taken into custody.

The letter dated 17.02.2023 issued by the Superintendent of Police, Sambalpur filed by the learned counsel for the State in Court is taken on record.

Taking note of the steps taken, this Court once again calls upon the Superintendent of Police, Sambalpur to take proactive steps for arrest of the accused who was released on interim bail and has not surrendered by the schedule date.

List this matter on 24.03.2023 to monitor the progress. 5.
