The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks for a direction to the District Sub-Registrar, Jharsuguda-Opposite Party No.4 to allow her to sell her rayaiti land in Plot No.455 under M.S. Khata No.1107 to an extent of Ac.2.00 decimals situated in mouza Belpahar in the district of Jharsuguda (for short 'the case land') to meet her legal necessity.

Mr. Prusty, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the case land stands recorded jointly in the name of Biranchi Pradhan and others. The Petitioner being a co-sharer wants to alienate her share in the case land to meet her legal necessity, but the District Sub-Registrar, Jharsuguda did not accept the sale deed intended to be presented by the Petitioner for registration. Hence, this writ petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief. 5.

On perusal of the writ petition and upon hearing learned counsel for the Petitioner, it appears that no sale deed has yet been executed by the Petitioner in respect of the case land. Thus, the prayer made in the writ petition is premature. Accordingly, the same cannot be granted in this writ petition.

In view of the above, this writ petition stands dismissed. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
