This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are accused in connection with Gram Ganjam P.S. Case No.115 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.671 of 2022, pending in the file of learned S.D.J.M., Chatrapur, for alleged commission of offences under Sections 294/323/307/506/34 of IPC read with Section 4 & 5 of E.S. Act. 4.
Being aggrieved by the Rejection of their application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Chatrapur, Ganjam, by order dated 16.08.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed. 5.
Considering the submission of learned counsel for the petitioners that investigation has progressed substantially and the nature of the injuries suffered by the victim being simple in nature,
this Court directs the petitioners to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin over the matter. 6.
Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
