Office note indicates that the name of the Petitioner in the order No.1 dated 25th August, 2022 does not tally with that in the writ petition. On perusal of the said order it appears that the name of the Petitioner, 'Pradeep Kumar Jena' has been incorrectly typed as 'Ratnakar Mishra' in the cause title of the order dated 25th August, 2022, by which the writ petition was disposed of.

The same be corrected accordingly.
