The Petitioner's representation (Annexure-2) shall be examined by the Collector, Cuttack (Opposite Party No.2) and after notice to the Petitioners as well as the Director, State Pollution Control Board (Opposite Party No. 5) and after giving them an opportunity of hearing, a reasoned order shall be passed not later than 5th of December, 2022 and be made available to the parties within a week thereafter. The Court clarifies it is not expressed in any view in the matter.
