1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 09.11.2022 both the Parties along with their respective counsel are present before this Court.

3. Though this Court tries for amicable settlement of the matter, but the Opp. Party-husband is not ready for the same and he is bent upon to prosecute the matter which has been filed before the learned Family Judge, Bargarh in MAT Case No. 66 of 2022.

4. Considering the grounds taken in the transfer petition and the decision governing the field, this Court is inclined to allow the transfer petition. Accordingly, this Court directs learned Judge, Family Court, Bargarh to transfer MAT Case No. 66 of 2022 to the Court of learned Judge, Family Court at Bhawanipatna forthwith on receipt of this order.

5. Since it is contended that the Opp. Party-husband is apprehending danger to his life for attending the Court at

// 2 // Bhawanipatna, it is observed that, if any application is moved before the local Police, then Opp. Party shall be given necessary protection for his appearance at Bhawanipatna.
