It is agreed by learned counsel for the parties that the issue involved in this case is analogous to W.P.(C) No. 21611 of 2011 (All Orissa Settlement and Consolidation Non-Gazetted Technical Officers Association, Dhenkanal v. State of Orissa), which has been disposed of vide order dated 19.04.2022 by this Court.

Therefore, in view of the detailed reasons stated in the order dated 19.04.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No. 21611 of 2011 (All Orissa Settlement and Consolidation Non-Gazetted Technical Officers Association, Dhenkanal v. State of Orissa), this writ petition stands disposed in terms of the said order.
