Informant appears through Mr.Bichitra Narayan Satapathy, Advocate in Court today and files Vakalatnama. The same is accepted and be kept on record.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State. 4.

This is an application under Section 438, Cr.P.C. filed by the petitioner for anticipatory bail.

The petitioner seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.50 of 2021, arising out of Kendrapara Town P.S. Case No.212 of 2021 pending in the court of learned Additional District Judge-cum-Special Judge, Kendrapara for commission of offence punishable under Sections 363/366/376(2)(n), I.P.C. read with Section 6 of the POCSO Act.

Considering the submissions made by the respective parties and the materials placed before the Court, it is directed that in the

// 2 // event of arrest of the petitioner by the Arresting Officer in the aforesaid case, petitioner shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper by the Arresting Officer. 7.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
