1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of Opposite Party No.2 agrees with learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner and Opposite Party No.2 have married, and are living together as husband and wife happily and also they have a child.
2. In that view of the matter, Banarapal P.S. Case No.192 of 2013, corresponding to G.R. Case No.1151 of 2013 pending in the Court of S.D.J.M., Angul and all proceedings consequential thereto are hereby quashed.
3. The CRLMC is accordingly disposed of.
4. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.
