This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The Petitioner is an accused in C.T. Case No.2923 of 2022 pending in the file of learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar arising out of Mahila P.S. Case No.63 of 2022, for offence under Sections 376(2)(n)/313/506/294/34 IPC and is in custody since 21.05.2022. 4.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Bhubaneswar by order dated 21.06.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Perused the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C.

Taking into account that the Petitioner is in custody since 21.05.2022 and filing of the charge sheet on 30.06.2022, this Court

directs the Petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned court in seisin over the matter. 7.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
