Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Writ Petition involves the following prayer :- "Under the facts and circumstances as narrated above, this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to issue notice to direct the Opp.Parties and after hearing the Parties be pleased to direct the Opp.Parties to regularize the Shop Room bearing No.OG-172 at the Unit-I Capital Haat in the name of the Petitioner as expeditiously as possible and further be pleased to pass such other order/orders as this Hon'ble Court deems just and proper." 3.

For the selfsame issue, it appears, Annexure-9 series are pending consideration of O.Ps.2 & 3, for which this Writ Petition is not entertainable at this stage and the same stands disposed of directing O.Ps.2 & 3 to have joint exercise on the claim of the Petitioner, vide Annexure-9 series and pass appropriate orders on the same also taking into consideration the grounds raised in this Writ
