Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with T.R. Case No.82 of 2020, pending before the learned Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Malkangiri, arising out of Mathili P.S. Case No.111 of 2020 dated 24.08.2020, for alleged commission of offences under Sections 20(b)(ii)(C)/27-A/29 of NDPS Act. 3.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Special Judge, Malkangiri by order dated 30.09.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Perused the status report received from the learned Court in seisin indicating that the matter was posted to 12.12.2022 for

argument. Hence, this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail application.

The BLAPL accordingly stands disposed of.
