Pradhan, learned counsel appearing for the applicant has submitted that this Interlocutory Application has become infructous by efflux of time as by this time, the authority under Section 31 of the Right to Fair compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 has started functioning in the district of Sambalpur. 3.

A memorandum in this regard has been filed by the petitioner, which is taken on record.

Accordingly, this Interlocutory Application stands dismissed as infrctuous.
