This application has been filed by the petitioner-wife under Section 24 of C.P.C. for transfer of Civil Proceeding No.60 of 2015 filed by the opp. party-husband under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 in the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Jeypore, Koraput, to the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Berhampur. 3.

Pursuant to order dated 01.08.2022, the learned Judge, Family Court, Jeypore, Koraput has submitted report stating that C.P. No. 60 of 2015 has been disposed of on 01.10.2021 as reflected in the Register (R)-1 (Civil).

In view of the above report, the TRP(C) is disposed of as infructuous.
