This Contempt Petition involves non-compliance of this Court's Order No.01.

order dated 6.4.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No.7773/2019. 2.

There is some dispute that in the name of the O.P. It is alleged, the O.P. is not the Secretary, Department of Housing & Urban Development. Be that as it may, since there is finality of the Writ Petition, the Competent Authority even including the incumbent in such position is required to work out the direction dated 6.4.2022 in W.P.(C) No.7773/2019. Treating this case to be a first contempt of this nature, in disposal of the Contempt Petition, this Court directs the present incumbent made as O.P. in the Writ Petition to work out the direction of this Court dated 6.4.2022 in W.P.(C) No.7773/2019, if not worked out in the meantime, at least within a period of one and half months from the

// 2 // date of service of copy of this order by the Petitioner, provided there is no legal impediment otherwise. It is made clear that in the event the order of this Court is not worked out within the time stipulated herein above, it will be construed to be deliberate violation of this Court's order. Copy of this order be supplied to the Authority concerned at least within three working days.
