1. This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode.
2. The petitioners had filed a PIL seeking eviction of the unauthorized occupants.
3. Learned counsel for the parties are agreed that the order dated 29.04.2021 passed in the said PIL has been complied with by the Tahasildar, Nimapara, whereby action has been taken against the encroachers in accordance with law.
4. A memo has been filed by the learned counsel for the petitioners in Court stating therein that the petitioners do not want to proceed with the matter and seek permission to withdraw this contempt petition. The memo be kept on record.
5. In view of the memo filed, the CONTC is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
