The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to opposite parties to comply the order dated 11.12.2008 passed by the Odisha Administrative Tribunal in O.A. No.2982 of 2018 within a stipulated period.

This being the limited grievance of the petitioners, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the opposite parties to comply the order of the Tribunal within a period of three months from the date of production of the certified copy of the order, if the same has not yet been complied with in the meantime. 5.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
