1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. The Petitioner, in this CRLMP, seeks a direction from this Court to the Opposite Party No.2/ Superintendent of Police, Jajpur to take action on her grievance petition dated 22.08.2022.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the written report of the Petitioner has already been registered as F.I.R. vide Jajpur Sadar P.S. Case No.229 dated 22.08.2022 for alleged commission of offences under Sections 341/

// 2 // 294/ 436/ 354/ 527/ 34 of the I.P.C. against the Opposite Party Nos.4 to 10.

4. Since the written report of the Petitioner stated to have been registered as F.I.R., the grievance of the Petitioner has already been redressed.

5. In such view of the matter, this CRLMP is disposed of. .
