According to Mr. Mohapatra, the petitioner is aggrieved by the non-disposal of his application filed under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. on 06.05.2022 in connection with G.R. Case No.2763 of 2021 pending before the learned S.D.J.M., Kendrapara. In such backgrounds, he prays that a direction be issued to the trial Court to take a decision on such application within a specific time period. 3.

Considering the submission made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of this case, this CRLMP is disposed of with a direction to the learned S.D.J.M., Kendrapara to take a decision on the above noted application of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a certified
