The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking to quash the notice dated 07.05.2022 vide Anenxure-14 and to direct the opposite parties to resume the petitioner's access to the Odisha Government eProcurement System-Tenders Odisha. 4.
In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that in reply to the notice under Annexure-14, the Petitioner has already submitted his reply before Opposite Party No.2 vide Annexure-15 and the same may be directed to be considered and disposed of within a stipulated time, to which learned counsel for the State has no objection.

Considering the contentions raised by learned Counsel for the Parties, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ Petition directing opposite party No.2 to consider the reply/representation filed by the Petitioner vide
Annexure-15, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy this order.
